These sites cover both Old and New Testaments, as well as ideas relevant to Biblical Studies.-
Tyndale House's "Scripture Tools for Every Person" is in Beta testing, but it looks promising. The commentaries are not helpful, but the Greek & Hebrew texts are excellent. The dictionary links are fast, and will quickly get you into the text.

SBL is probably the biggest professional organization for biblical studies. This page is their link page to " resources to assist those researching and writing papers in biblical studies."
